This next poem is one relevant to humanity’s ascension destiny NOW! As Earth is in a 5D frequency that is shaping reality in a dynamic co-creation with the collective, we are confronted to heal our individual and collective shadows from all past lifetimes* of trauma for whole soul integrity and growth. Shadow work is indeed a harmonizing of personal horns, an alchemy of light walking the dark home where light tames the darkness within each through gentleness, compassion and love as this shadow work is the necessary sacred duty one owes to oneself to come into self-actualization and relaization within the infinite abundnace of one’s inner kingdom.
Moreover, as each embarks on the brave undertaking to heal lifetimes of cosmic wounds and trauma in the hero’s journey to know thyself, divine templates evolve and are created to heal each other for the soul of humanity to rise once more.

This poem is dedicated to all those brave souls in the healing process now.
As separation is the first real pain of birth when individuating from Source/God or the unified field of consciousness, one will seek lifetimes to return to that perfect feeling & knowing of pure love and omniscience with the one prime Creator. With the infinite choices available, each decision then becomes a vital one of where to place consciousness, whether it be along an ascending or descending path of spiritual evolution closer or further away from Source remembrance.
The body becomes a key player in the cosmic dance of lifetimes through this universe too for it is the recorder, receiver, transmitter and store of memory hence an essential guide in the release and healing of pain from stored trauma across lifetimes that is held in every part of the body and especially the bones, muscles, tissues, fascia, etc. It is also through keys in the body located especially at the chakra energy map centers where blockages or lifetimes of karmic plugs can be removed to allow ascension energies from the Sun, universe and Source to flow cellularly into the body in the facilitation of ascension again.
In healing, it is also important to remember to listen to breath, pulse and tone as they are the true soothsayers and keepers of the body’s storehouse of ancient soul memories and buried secrets across interdimensional and galactic timelines as through every love, war, and bond created and broken, the body truly keeps score. Shoulder pain for instance can indicate repressed guilt from heavy responsibilities carried from past live(s) unfulfilled that does not need to continue to be a burden.
