It is a promise that before the first fracture in consciousness in this universe due to these wars that lead to the fall of man and its spiritual descent thereafter, the memories of intergalactic agreements, soul-vows, beings, civilization collapses, etc. would be held in place in a non-dimensionalized timeless place in the universe as a bookmark where these memories may be recovered to repair and restore soul memories and connections to the cosmic self.
