I think the BEST way to practice self-care is through authentic loving relationships, connecting with beauty of nature as much as possible (i.e. hiking and swimming), regular exercise that includes some cardio (i.e. yoga, pilates, etc.), regular spiritual practice and embodiment of pure healthy principles, a clean organic NON-GMOed diet, timing circadians to the Earth…
