Yes, everyone experiences days of total drudgery so to release the crudfunkeries, I usually like to cuddle and play with Froopy, my beloved chonky but firm and healthy Lyran (whom I learned incarnated to be my pet cat when the incarantion gates were open squeezing in for the landing with me… bwa-ha-ha!). Or, if needing an instant electron shield boost and earth frequency armor, will bring Froopy to the pet park nearby to ground in grass and soil to tune and sync with the heartbeat of the planet (Schumann frequency of 7.83 hz) and molest and exchange salutations with the trees as perennial treehuggers to make it worth our while, haha! Watching nature or spiritual shows and podcasts is also very relaxing and mentally stimulating for me (I recommend Why Files & Joe Rogan, Lee Harrison Live, Emilio Ortiz, Andre Durqum, Kaia Ra & Ella Ringrose for a nice spiritual warm up massage to start) and if there’s some shake-out of the jeebz really needed, then will hang like a bat and do yoga scorpion inversions for a few minutes or put on some of my fave Just Dance beats and cut loose. Movement after all elminates toxins from the body dislodging stubby stuck karma to make room for light to enter & heal. ✨👆🏼
