I always manage screen time based on what feels intuitively needed to spiritually grow and evolve that seems like a good yardstick for growth as we are in a continuous dance of spiritual evolution as incarnates or disincarntes along any plane or dimension of existence anyhoo! lol.
So sometimes if the root chakra feels a bit laggy, maybe will put on some dance mixes or watch BBC Earth to feel more grounded. lol. Sometimes watching crabs migrate en masse on Easter Island and cats being cute and adorably silly brings a hardy rooty chuckle that’s a great way to feel more in my body when needing to whoosh back in.
If it’s the sacral charka needing attention (seat of emotions and tactile senses and sensuality), I’d put on sensual Tantric music or soft lotus healing music (root chakra resonates at 369 HZ and does the trick 😉) to help soothe and release any trauma still stored in the womb to press forward through the day.
Though as am more an upper chakra resonance kind a gal, I tend to binge watch a lot of spiritual* shows so when my posts for my blog and work with Divine Arts is done for the day, will catch up with lightworkers and starseeds like me-self on social media to wisdom share and bond to do my happy part connecting hearts and minds for ascension on Earth now as it’s the vibration of Christ consciousness or unconditonal love that joyfully rings cells on an ascending path👆🏼! 🌟 Yup, Earth is in a 5D ascended frequency octave of creation now since the official anchoring of this prevailing virbation shaping reality since March 2025 with humanity poised to catch up from 3d.
In sum, I think screen time at this point in time especially, should align with the winds of cosmic history and be about how best to align internal rhythms to the new 5d reality reshaping the world now for the Golden Era 5D 🌏 especially as there’s just 5 years left for the permanent bifurcation in timelines between 3d & 5d where one’s overall frequency signature will determine whether one steps up into this new reality to be a co-creator of the new 5D 🌏 or falls into a lower vibrational denser phantom matrix timeline ruled by shadow op Controllers in that paradigm of existence (the latter of which’s collective fate is to devolve eventually to space dust with billions of years evolution required to return to Source light “God field” again! :”( Yikes, let’s choose wiser!).
