The traits I value most about myself are striving to embody universal principles of energetic integrity in the expression of greater levels of creativity through inspiration of divine feminine principles.

I’ve tried to live most my life from Buddhist values that were self-taught since around 12 when I came across Buddhist books and also from spiritual talks with my uncle who was a certified dharma teacher at Buddhist temples. I also became a vegetarian at 12 after reading a Buddhist booklet, “To Cherish All Life” that related how one could be dining on their ancestors who willingly sacrificied their life so that their descendants could continue to prosper and spiritually evolve the consciousness of that lineage. After imagining my ancestors configured as chicken legs and beefy parts on plates and platters being presented as “dishes” then, found it hard to stomach and quit meat cold turkey the next day though not without some heat from my dear mom! Well, is how that story goes anyway. And I don’t judge those who sustain their life differently as this is a configuration of karma that is part of each’s individual journey to unravel.

Thus, Buddhism has taught me to live with a deep reverence and respect for life and the cultivation and development of sentience towards aspiring to the learning and practice of embodying more enlightened states especially through walking the path of the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path in faith and humbleness for the diverse expressions of life in equalized planes/dimensions of existence. Here, the Four Noble Truths are the foundational tenents of Buddhism, stating that suffering exists, it has a cause (desire), that there is a path to end suffering, and the path to the end of suffering is the cessation of desire. The Eightfold Path outlines the practices to achieve this, that is through the practice of right understanding, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and concentration.

I have also been learning more about spiritual hygeneine where energetic integrity is paramount now especially as I write and create poetry, art and music to help shift sentient collectives on Earth for 5d ascension in this cosmic Sat Yuga cycle we began since March 2025. As Earth has just shifted to a 5d frequency octave of creation too, the substrate for ascension of consciousness on a grander wider palette of creation has just increased sentient collectives perceptual abilities by two octaves which means wider strokes of creation are now possible as more HSP (higher sensory perception) is being remembered and coming online that were indeed the norm in the 5d supercivilizations of Lemuria & Atlantis which marks a truly majestic magnificient time for hypercreation of a newly ascended reality for the awakened souls that will cross over!

Thus, in this growing era of ascension with massive energetic shifts happening in Earth’s energy field with cosmic historic solar maximum flares reconfiguring and sustaining Earth’s electromagnetic field and crystalline grid structure now to uphold 5d grid structures, transitioning into this dynamically transforming reality requires the embodiment of organically developed ascending consicounsess with energetic integrity through independent self-sourced energy from Source field that does not rob or siphon the life force from organic beings in order to successfully anchor and stabilize one’s energy field in coherence with this new 5d reality.

Also, as the Golden Era Heaven on Earth period further deepens energetically, the mass shedding of karmic layers of baggage whose density cannot be carried into this new and dynamically growing reality is the necessary rite of passage all must go through to cross the threshold into 5d and remain there too. With the bifurcation of timelines between 3d and 5d also widely predicted to be set by 2030 where they will be two distinct timestreams then where it will no longer be possible to move fluidly between the two as is the case now, removing deadweight from one’s life toward embodiment of one’s highest timeline and soul essence (the seed of intention that contains the soul song of one’s orignal soul purpose) is the path to transition, spiritual evolution and ascension now to 5d and consciousness states beyond where the embodiment of energetic integrity through the stages of this progression in the evolution of consciousness is absolutely necessary & essential for the increasing well being of sentient collectives on Earth and their growth as a species and integral part of Earth’s body. As Earth is now on the Ascension B Plan hosted by Krystal Star cosmic teams overseen by the Guardian Alliance & Intergalactic Federation of World Councils too, humanity is poised with galactic assistance for this tidal rise in energetic consciousness as the Source-led major cosmic pivot point.

As I develop more awareness and sensitivity of the principles of energetic integrity especially in the balance of gender polarities that has been used as propaganda to divide our spiritual evolution as a species since time immemorial too, it has helped me in aspiring to balance them to heal and inspire whole soul growth not as a counterpart half, but as a whole soul with two aspects in sacred union or heiros gamos within that grounds the fundamental tenent of energy integrity and as the basis for energetic sovereignty.

Thus, the divine feminine aspects of creativity through greater health and vitality of the womb or divinely connected space of creation with Source field is something I am also learning to access and cherish more about myself as I create through the vessel of Divine Arts, a spiritual container I have created to share the fruits of my spiritual journey with the collective to raise the roof on ascension!
