This is a good question because there are so many ways energy can circulate.
In the positive sense, energy from wholsitic activities like spiritual practice and prayer, a clean diet, auspicious emotions and thoughts, healthy exercise, and laughter with one’s soul family all can awaken the energy of the heart, mind and Spirit.
Personally for me, daily prayer and practice through recitation of the Buddhist Diamond Sutra (Buddha’s most popular wisdom teaching) as well as Violet Flame prayer, regular merkaba and frequency cleansing exercises with tuning forks and crystal bowls, grid work in nature, a clean Buddhist vegetarian diet, & finding ways to tease, amuse and play with my cat Froopy all bring a sense of peace, stability, mirth, laughter and fun that helps me to feel grounded and energized.
In terms of what keeps me motivated* so the energy may be placed in service of sentient collectives, that would be the spiritual journey I’ve undertaken with Divine Arts to share the wisdom and tremendous blessing of 5d awakened consciousness that Earth has shifted into since March 2025. The dynamic co-creation of the Heaven on Earth sentient collectives are keyed to as central players and stewards of this immense uplevelling of consciousness in this cosmically historical destined time of the Sat Yuga now is also a soul mission dear to my heart that is also energy and fuel for my soul. Can you feel the shift? 🤩✨
Gratefully too, my light codes don’t allow me to enjoy indulging in negatively polarized energetic activities that weaken the mind and spirit which can also cause one to incarnate in lower realms as am coded as a Wayshower Indigo where it would feel like I am burning inside if consenting to dark activity that caused harm. So I thank God I don’t have the enzyme to metabolize alcohol here! as never did enjoy the atmosphere of night clubs and bars maybe as an energetic seal on my 🧬 to be able to awaken to my soul purpose when circumstances were ready. 🧐
As an aside, energetic leaks in one’s aura can grow from shadow energy attaching to anchor points in miasmic shady areas of an individual’s cocentrically layered energy field (think onion here) due to trauma, abuse, and painful memories (even from previous lifetimes) that can lead to the unwitting nurturing of egregores or psychic shadow entities that are only too happy to continue to feed off more miasmically generated energy from fear, lack, pain, etc. that one can quite silly-ly continue to perptuate the loop feeding of one’s own monsters for which that negative circuit can also be shut off with increasing awareness as well as a dip into somatic healing perhaps. : )
So now, I have also learned the importance of being vigilant of thought patterns and behaviors so to nip truancy in thought and emotion in the bud in order to break the pattern of interdimensional energetic attacks growing so that they also do not impact the collective field while am also learning light warrior techiniques to heal and seal auras and release trauma stored in the body so may conduct lightwork better too. And with hearfelt gratitude, it is such a boon that challenges are the very source of triumph in the wheel of spiritual evolution and the rise of dharma hmm? : )
The benefits of grounding are indeed numerous! While I prefer to be outside in nature hugging trees and grounding with them as well as the grass & soil, grounding mats work similarly and can be useful esp when healing from injuryThe utter eradication of inflammation with the grounding mat as a corrleate for Earth’s frequency and charge shows it all here. I think the construction industry should adopt a new standard installing natural patches of soil and grass built into all structures (houses, buildings, schools, hospitals, etc.) with specially designated grounding areas for children, elderly, the injured and pets especially. And as the sun is a big plasma ball full of potent Rishi consciousness photon units that is licking Earth with powerful cosmically fated solar flares to ascend sentient collectives on Earth to 5d awareness now, and as the heart acts as an electrolysis vortex chamber to create living conscious plasma to more thoroughly peep in on each sentient life form to create a more refined reality one’s avatar can more consciously interact with in this universe, then by golly, cherishing Earth’s water supply seems prettty dang important huh??!! And since integrity in the creation of this supraconsccious substance naturally upholds life princples honoring the original OPEN SOURCE/GOD code of the elements seems to be the natural mandate of Source/God field, maybe we should cherish this natural superconscious computer that connects all life for sentient collective’s good health and sanity then hmmm? As an aside, I don’t support any kind of stereotyping or racism as the narration while witty, did poke fun at a race for the well meaning impact of the detox message. As 5d is also about healing collective archetypes in the subconscious for ascension of the HUMAN RACE of shadows that plague it, however, bringing collective archetypes, including the reasons behind racial prejudices so that they may be seen in the light for humanity’s healing is important for our spiritual evolution as a species too. The beloved Diamond Sutra as Sakyamuni Buddha’s most popular and concise wisdom teaching has set my energy wheels back to neutral many times so that it has become a daily recitation ritual now. The diamond here refers to the indestructible wisdom of truth that pierces through all lies as it is the hardest substance on the planet. The last stanza of the Diamond Sutra which reads, “All phenomena is like a dream, an illusion, a bubble and a shadow, like dew and lightning, thus are they mediated upon” means to not waste energy clinging to empty phenomena or taking anything* too seriously as all are ephemeral dreams in constant transformation. I translate this to mean finding contentment and joy with existence as it is no matter the circumstance. Yes, to just be happy and ride the flow. 🌊✨My energy boosting companions. This is a 5d song snippet based on the song Bette Davis Eyes composed for a 5D supersite project in progress to educate people about 5th dimensional consciousness and beyond. This piece speaks to the true nature of ascension as a call to reconcile spiritual bypassing as by 2030, those who have not accreted the light quotient frequency threshold through the biospiritualization or crystallization of 🧬 in the processing out of karmic looping shadows to upgrade spiritual consciousness into 5th dimensional awarenesss by then will not be able to cross into the 5th dimension when timelines will have bifurcated beteween 3d & 5d permanently. By 2030, one’s core frequency will be the prevailing reality as timelines will have converged into 5d then and negative ones held by lower frequencies will collapse.Ascension poetryis something that also provides relief by unblocking emotions stuck in the body and especially the chakras. “Emotional Fries” is a poem I wrote about removing emotional blocks to stop karmic drain loops in its tracks by overwriting them with kryst codes, or the original light language of this universe from the Eckasha god realm fields (see infographic below for an explaination on the Eckasha). The more ascension poetry, the merrier! “Harmonizing Horns” was actually written during a dark time when I was processing a lot of shadow work to re-cast and integrate them in light. “Harmonizing Horns“ is about the need to stop karmic loops in their tracks so they do not continue to cycle and drain more life force energy through pockets or holes in the aura where miasmic shadow may be anchored thru weak points to reside and grow. When egregores or dark psychic entities fed by powerful negative emotions and projections of fear, lack, low self-worth, doubt, etc., continue to be entertained, a person’s life force can be parasitized and drained by these dark psychic loop feeding forces. However! When shadows are transmuted into light after one has successfully passed through the gates of shadow work, the eternal merkaba light body of pure consciousness will brighten with a higher light quotient shinier and ready for ascension as darkness integrates and transmutes to light. 🪩💪🏼✨
Poetry in Motion is another project I started more than a year ago to process shadows from a catalyst twin flame relationship that has been the most powerful teacher of my life as it paved the beginnings of Divine Arts and the amazing spiritual journey I have been on ever since! Writing has been a channel for immense energy from Source to pour in and inspire my personal and also the collective’s growth and ascension. 🌍💚👆🏼✨I think humanity needs to tattoo this most powerful God Seed Code that is the Eckasha frequency on our third eyes as a stand in solidarity for ascension!
