My ideal week would look like on the daily: 5d posts are in with art and copy and edits whether for my blog or socials, being exposed to some sunshine during a grounding excursion with my cat Froopy at a tree lined park with beautiful views, a healthy Buddhist vegetarian clean meal early in the day, fitting in some yoga and Taoist stretching exercises, spirit questing for wisdom and growth, learning cool new things to share with the collective on my spiritual startup Divine Arts and playing and spending time with my cat and bestie, Froopy his favorite cat games! Adding my favorite bucket list travel items of course would be icing!

Feeling the movie Avatar resonate strongly here!With the shift to 5D Earth effective since March 2025 into the cosmic cycle of the Sat Yuga or Golden Era anchoring 5d creational frequency octaves as the primary core energy signature now, veils are falling to see the cracks under the surface of systems and limiting beliefs and patterns for the individual and collective that are rapidly deconstructing lower vibrational realities especially in 3d.Bringing Froopy on a grounding excursion at the neighborhood pet park is a favorite past time for some peaceful spirit seeking. : )My healthy one Buddhist vegetarian meal a day. I try to follow the tradition of layman bhiksu and bhiksuni disciples to eat a vegetarian meal before noon. I was happy when impossible burgers were on sale here as they are delicious with multi grain bread and Mexican cheese. : )My ideal week includes creating poetry and music. This is one I made two weeks ago that relates to the impact on the body-emotion-complex the shift to 5D Earth is having on the collective due to the dropping of veils and how that is processing energetically as “ascension symptoms”.
