Have you ever broken a bone?

Oh, my soul felt that break 3x. The first time was the middle bone in my right foot when I tried to jump on my uncle’s back for a piggy back ride and landed my toe’s metatarsal bone straight into his heel bone instead that broomstick fractured the bone and made the whole toe turn blue and now curvy! (kung fu doctor massaged it with Chinese oil and herbs back into position to a howling night laden with regret), the second was when I was kicked in the left rib by my false twin flame when he thought I was flirting with the contractor bc I forgot to put on a bra! (which a tai chi & qi gong master re-routed 2/3rds of the pain out so instead of crawling to the bathroom in the morning and nearly peeing on myself every morning & needing 1 minute to walk one step in excruciating pain, I could at least slowly walk to take care of my errands!) and the third time was dislocating my left knuckle last week when I was trying to lift and push a flat cart of Costco groceries freshly delivered out of the way of a trolley coming at me while crossing the street to save my fruits and veggies (it hyperextended from the rapid exertion to haul them out of the way of a flattening where as a vegetarian that restocks on produce just once a month, it was mission critical to resuce them!). The kind trolley driver did slow down I realized when I looked back to see a nice man waving at me with a huge smile later though the achey breaky knuckle was already starting to swell leaving me to manage gimply with one hand. Ah, good times! Lesson? Thank God for yoga, breathwork and cucumbers!
