The most fun way to exercise that’s also extremely spiritually beneficial! I feel is yoga! I took two yoga classses in college and enjoyed the embodiment of focused and elevated mind body, and spirit through sequential asana poses that also unblocks pain and trauma stored in the body as soul memories from lifetimes are held in the human avatar form.

It’s also a fun and easy way to shake out the blues especially if done on a beautiful sunny day at the beach or park or with a partner as with couples yoga (it would help if both partners are the same height here though poses can also be modified!). My favorite pose in yoga is also the scorpion because it is a symbol of transformation when the root chakra is alchemized to become the phoenix at the crown through the bliss of one’s inner fire that raises one along the chakra dimensions. 🦂🔥🐦🔥 Yoga also makes a great addition to one’s spiritual practice I feel as it strengthens and disciplines the body and mind, grows resilience and can bring natural states of bliss where with increased practice, the body will alchemize a happy chemical mix and release a cocktail of hormones that repatterns and rewires the heart, brain and nervous system for greater divine attunement to one’s God given Source codes or light codes inherent in 🧬.
