It’s always good to time daily activities with the natural circadian rhythms of 🌏, especially the 7.83 hz Schumann frequency that is the heartbeat of the planet! Of late, due to different work projects though, the wake-sleep cycle has been erratically timed to East Coast, West Coast, and sometimes abroad times. When 5D 🌏 sustainable ascension channels collabs for Divine Arts projects can begin with the move and settling in to new lightworker HQ in magical Portland!, 🌲🏔️ hopefully that will translate to a more structured work schedule that falls into peaceful alignment with nature again. : )

I wish I could sleep like a cat… seeing my Froopy catnap 14-16H a day consolidating soul memories and unifying consciousness in the quantum field for spiritual evolution makes me quite jealous. It’s no wonder pets often incarnate with similar soul families I suppose… what if pets are soul fragments of our Oversoul or fractal pieces of us? Hmmm, warrants some research…I’ve been listening to Andromedan starseed lightcode awakening music lately to come into energetic alignment with my spiritually read star familiy that’s helping to tune with the circadians of 🌏.
