How do you waste the most time every day?

First, let’s get straight that time is a construct hence an illusion. We are all multidimensional infinite beings in a quantum field or quantumly entangled soup. Thus everything is always happening at the same time with all timelines always available. And life and death are two flip aspects of the same coin therefore death is only an illusion or transition to renewing life again. So wasted time is a construct within a construct and one can only not be making good use of “time” maybe. And in the sense each is undergoing lessons to perfect oneself through life and may make negatively polarized choices at times that lead to negative karma where even those will grow you, it means this reality field is just a lesson plane. With that in mind, I spend a lot of time on spiritual research and reflection and messing with my cat Froopy sometimes at the expense of not caring about physical reality when balance is key!
